The Budget and Finance Ministry Team determines the annual budget in cooperation with the various committees and staff and to oversee the ongoing financial operation and health of Christ Lutheran Church.

 

– Create a budget for the new year

– Consult with the Church Council and the Personnel Team in setting staff compensation

– Monitor the financial health of the congregation as needed

– Recommend to the Church Council solutions for budgeting or financial issues if they should arise
